'Agreement' refers to any signed commercial agreement between Pathari and a Provider.

Pathari provides India market access services to international digital services companies. Our services include commercial representation, authorized resale, value-added distribution, and country representation, as defined in the relevant Agreement.

Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer of services. All commercial arrangements are subject to a separately negotiated and signed Agreement.

Pathari does not provide legal, tax, financial, or regulatory advice. Any market information or commercial references on this website are indicative only and should not be relied upon for investment or business decisions without independent verification.

3. Website Enquiries

By submitting an enquiry through our website contact form, you consent to Pathari using your contact information to respond to your enquiry and assess commercial fit.

Submitting an enquiry does not create any contractual obligation on either party. Any information you share during an initial assessment will be treated as confidential and used only for the purpose of evaluating a potential commercial relationship.
